近年来,各地博物馆都在充分发挥志愿者在公益文化事业上的作用,志愿者已经成为博物馆服务不可或缺的一支重要力量。中国博物馆协会志愿者专业委员会的成立、“中国博物馆十佳志愿者之星”评选活动、“全球博物馆志愿者开放论坛”的成功举办,这一切都表明大力推进博物馆志愿者工作,已经成为我国博物馆向国际化发展的一个不可或缺的重要内容。笔者结合西安半坡博物馆志愿者工作的开展情况,谈谈新形势下开展志愿者工作的几点认识。
