针对南方某城镇污水处理厂进出水现状及提标改造需求(由GB 18918-2002二级到一级A),提出了3种改造方案,即通过调节2个进水口分配比例、污泥回流比、混合液回流比等对生化池进行优化,向好氧池添加CNR填料形成活性污泥和生物膜法的组合来强化生物处理效果,通过改造二沉池(添加一系列挡板)以提高SS、TP脱除力度.具体实施时应将以上3种方式有机结合起来,尽可能地少改动、多优化,少花钱、多节能.“,”Three reconstruction schemes were proposed according to the requirements of upgrading and reconstruction for the influent and effluent in a southern municipal wastewater treatment plant,i.e.,from Grade Two to Grade One A of GB 18918-2002.To be specific,the biochemical pool was optimized by adjusting distribution ratio,sludge return ratio and mixed liquor return ratio of these two water inlets.CNR padding was added into the aerobic tank to form the combination of activated sludge and biologic membrane method and then to strength the biologic treatment effect.A series of baffles was added to reconstruct secondary sedimentation tank and then to improve the removal of SS and TP.Three methods mentioned above should be combined in the concrete implementation,to realize the goal of less reconstruction and more optimization,less money and more energy saving.
