介绍现有真空挤出机主减速器的设计现状,提出采用新的设计手段开发减速器设计,以增强真空挤出机的竞争力。基于Motion对主减速器通用结构进行了建模。在三维软件环境中进行虚拟装配,然后进行运动干涉分析及运动仿真。
The design status of the main reducer of the existing vacuum extruder is introduced, and the design of the reducer with a new design method is proposed to enhance the competitiveness of the vacuum extruder.
