:目的 :探讨以中医为主 ,中西医结合治疗急性视神经炎的思路 ,提高本病的诊疗水平。方法 :论述中西医结合治疗急性视神经炎应注意病变过程的阶段性 ;提出辨证与辨病相结合 ,运用现代中药药理研究的成果选择配伍中药和中药注射液 ,注重康复期的治疗 ;应用多种现代检查技术的检测指标 ,客观评价本病的临床疗效。结果 :中西医结合治疗急性视神经炎可提高其临床诊疗水平 ,减少或遏止并发症的发生发展。结论 :以中医为主 ,中西医结合的研究思路是目前治疗和评价急性视神经炎比较理想的手段
: Objective: To explore the idea of treating patients with acute optic neuritis with traditional Chinese medicine and combining traditional Chinese and western medicine, and to improve the diagnosis and treatment of this disease. Methods: Discussed the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of acute optic neuritis should pay attention to the stage of the disease process; put forward the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease prevention, the use of modern Chinese pharmacological research results to choose compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine injection, focusing on convalescent treatment; Modern inspection technology testing indicators, objective evaluation of the clinical efficacy of the disease. Results: Integrative treatment of acute optic neuritis can improve its clinical diagnosis and treatment, reduce or stop the occurrence and development of complications. CONCLUSION: The TCM-based and TCM-WM approach is the ideal way to treat and evaluate acute optic neuritis
