为了筛选适宜甘肃河西走廊种植的优质啤酒大麦品种及种质,通过多年试验,对引进的9份欧洲啤酒大麦进行产量及品质综合评价。结果表明,Scarlett为中早熟品种,其余均为中晚熟品种;总体株高较矮,穗长较短,分蘖成穗数较高,其中Pasadena、KH.LEDI、KH.DAMA和Jubelete成穗数在900万·hm-2以上,属高分蘖品种;所有品种均出现条纹病,且Pasadena还出现黑穗病;四年平均产量介于8 084.57~8 666.27kg·hm-2之间,均较对照甘啤4号减产,但Pasadena和Scarlett减产幅度不大;籽粒品质均达国家优级标准;麦芽水分、蛋白质、β-葡聚糖含量以及糖化力较低,可溶性氮含量、库值、浊度、a-氨基氮含量、pH值、黏度、a-淀粉酶含量较高,5个品种细粉浸出物超过对照,其中KH.LEDI细粉浸出物达82.1%。综上所述,Pasadena和Scarlett可进一步试验示范推广,其他参试品种可作为优质亲本加以利用。
In order to screen suitable high-quality barley varieties and germplasm grown in the Hexi Corridor of Gansu Province, the yield and quality of 9 imported European beer barley were evaluated comprehensively through many years of experiments. The results showed that Scarlett was a middle-maturing variety and the rest were middle-late maturing varieties. The grain quality reached the national excellent standard. The content of malt water, protein, β-glucan and saccharification ability were lower, soluble nitrogen content, , A-amino nitrogen content, pH value, viscosity, a-amylase content were higher than the control. Among them, KH.LEDI fine powder extract reached 82.1%. To sum up, Pasadena and Scarlett can further test demonstration and promotion, other varieties can be used as a good parent.
