企业经营人才成长,除了自身需要不断学习、不断实践、不断提高之外,还需要一个有利于他们成长的制度安排和外部环境。最近,笔者在与企业和经济管理部门座谈讨论中发现,当前制约企业经营者健康成长仍存在着以下几方面因素: 一是企业组织制度不完善。国有、集体企业由于组织体制、分配制度等原因,造成管理人才易出难进。而台州市大部分中小企业实行股份合作制,这种组织结构经营机制灵活,利益分配多样等优势毋庸置疑。
In addition to their own continuous learning, continuous practice and continuous improvement, business management talents need a institutional arrangement and an external environment conducive to their growth. Recently, I discussed with the enterprises and economic management departments found that the current constraints on the healthy growth of business operators still exist in the following aspects: First, the organizational system is not perfect. State-owned and collective-owned enterprises are hard pressed to emerge as management personnel because of organizational structure and distribution system. Most SMEs in Taizhou shareholding cooperation system, this organizational structure flexible operating mechanism, the distribution of benefits and other advantages no doubt.
