环境是人类赖以生存和发展的首要条件,是社会和经济发展的基础。然而,随着人口增加和人类对自然资源不合理甚至是掠夺式的开发利用,导致许多地方水土流失加剧,生态环境恶化,水土流失已成为我国的头号环境问题和阻碍发展的重要因素。因此,保护生态环境,实现可持续发展,是我们面临的紧迫而艰巨的任务。本文以淮河流域国家水土保持综合治理开发试点县新县治理后的变化
Environment is the primary condition for mankind to survive and develop, and is the foundation of social and economic development. However, with the increase of population and irrational or even predatory exploitation and utilization of natural resources by mankind, soil and water loss in many places is exacerbated and the ecological environment is deteriorating. Soil and water loss has become the number one environmental issue and an impediment to development in China. Therefore, to protect the ecological environment and achieve sustainable development is an urgent and arduous task facing us.
