档案是记录人类发展以及历史发展的重要表现形式。而所谓的实物档案与传统意义上的纸质档案和音箱档案等有着很大的区别,并且,实物档案作为档案体系中的重要组成部分,它给档案部门的保管工作也带来了很大的挑战。除此之外,实物档案所表现的宣传、教育、纪念、凭据等意义和作用是其他类型的档案所不能代替的,因此,对实物档案进行有效、合理的保护是具有十分深远的意义的。本研究将对实物档案的保存提出具体的方法和措施。
Archives are an important form of recording human development and historical development. The so-called physical file with the traditional paper and audio files and other files have a very different, and physical files as an important part of the file system, which gives the file department custody also brought a lot of challenge. In addition, the significance and role of propaganda, education, memorial, and evidence presented in physical files can not be replaced by other types of archives.
