所谓企业文化,是企业在自身经营过程中逐步所形成的具有自身个性的经营宗旨、价值观念和道德行为准则的综合。企业文化具有导向、约束、凝聚、激励、调适、辐射等诸多功能。现代企业无不将建设良好而又符合自身经营特点的企业文化作为日常经营中的一项重要工作来抓。笔者作为企业文化建设的主要策划和实践人员,就工作实践中有关企业文化建设中出现的一些主要困难进行简单分析,并提出自己的解决办法,以期有所裨益。
The so-called corporate culture, is the business in their own business process gradually formed with its own personality business purposes, values and ethical conduct of the comprehensive guidelines. Corporate culture has the guidance, restraint, cohesion, incentive, adaptation, radiation and many other features. Modern enterprises are all well-built and in line with their own business characteristics of corporate culture as an important task in daily operations. As the chief architect and practitioner in the construction of corporate culture, the author briefly analyzes some major difficulties in the construction of corporate culture in his work practice and puts forward his own solutions in the hope of being helpful.
