视网膜电图振荡电位是反映相关于视网膜循环障碍一系列疾病的重要临床观察指标。以往采用caliper-square法测量的峰值具有±5μV的较大误差,且测定程序繁琐。本文推导并提出一项振荡电位振幅计算公式,采用公式法求解,既可使测定程序简化,又可使误差减小至±0.01μV,从而使结果更为科学、准确。
Electroretinogram Oscillatory potential is an important clinical observation that reflects a series of diseases related to retinal circulation disorders. In the past, the peak value measured by the caliper-square method had a large error of ± 5 μV, and the measurement procedure was cumbersome. In this paper, a formula for calculating the amplitude of oscillating potential is deduced and solved by the formula method, which not only simplifies the measurement procedure but also reduces the error to ± 0.01μV, making the result more scientific and accurate.
