OPC全称是Object Linking and Embedding(OLE)for Process Control。OPC规范使系统组态化,简化系统复杂性,缩短了软件开发周期,提高了软件运行的可靠性和稳定性,便于系统的升级与维护。OPC的使用,为水电站实时监控系统上位机监控软件与可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)之间的数据传输提供了一条高效、可靠的新途径。本文首先介绍OPC技术,然后结合NC2000 V3.0水电厂实时监控系统介绍了GEPLC的OPC服务器的客户端软件的应用,该客户端软件可用于其他采用OPC标准的PLC,也很容易移植到其他自动化控制领域。
The full name of OPC is Object Linking and Embedding (OLE) for Process Control. The OPC specification enables the system to be configured, simplifies the system complexity, shortens the software development cycle, improves the reliability and stability of the software operation, and facilitates system upgrade and maintenance. The use of OPC provides an efficient and reliable new way for data transmission between PC monitoring software and programmable logic controller (PLC) in the real-time monitoring system of hydropower station. This article first introduces the OPC technology, and then introduces the application software of GEPLC’s OPC server based on the real-time monitoring system of NC2000 V3.0 hydropower plant. The client software can be used for other PLCs with OPC standard and easily ported to other automation Control areas.
