用水平仪测量工件在垂直面内的不直度时,需要把波测面调整水平,这样给工作带来许多不便,此外由于经常使用的水平仪工作面易受磨损,给水平仪加个支架就可以解决这两个问题。支架的结构如图1,长方体上刨一个宽41、高20的通槽。一侧有 J22—8二个铜滚花螺钉,把水平仪固定在支架槽内。支架上面装有三个 J22—8用来调整的滚花螺钉,螺钉上都有一个 J16—1翼形螺母。支架两侧各装有用 J21—1螺栓固定的二个靠铁。使用时首先用铜滚花螺钉把水平仪牢固地固定在支架槽内。
