试验利用多肽保处理苗期和大田期烟草,探究其对烟草的影响.结果表明:烟草育苗时,12盘基质中均匀拌入188 g(即1 875 g/hm2)多肽保,对出苗率的影响最小,同时能提高烟苗成苗率及烟苗素质,有效提高烟草苗期对黑胫病、根黑腐病及病毒病的抗性;大田移栽时和移栽15 d后分别以750 g/hm2和2 250 g/hm2的量塘施多肽保,能够有效控制大田黑胫病和根黑腐病的发生,提高烟叶的产量和质量.
