目的观察白内障及增生性糖尿病性视网膜病变(PDR)联合手术的效果。方法回顾性分析2015年2月至2018年1月该院眼科白内障伴PDR 142例(142眼)的临床资料。患者随机分为两组：采用超声乳化人工晶状体植入联合玻璃体切除术者为A组(72眼)；采用玻璃体切除联合晶状体切除及人工晶状体植入者为B组(70眼)。结果两组之间术前视力差异无统计学意义(P＝0.453)，而术后视力差异有统计学意义(Z＝－
目的探讨雷公藤多苷为主三联药物方案治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期临床效果及安全性。方法选取糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者160例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组80例。对照组患者采用坎地沙坦联合百令胶囊口服治疗；治疗组患者则在此基础上加用雷公藤多苷口服治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效，治疗前后肾功能指标、肝功能指标、血常规水平和不良反应发生率等。结果对照组和治疗组患者临床治疗总有效率分别为53.75%（43/80）
