β-半乳糖苷结合蛋白广泛存在于多种生物组织中,属于动物凝集素家族,通过调节免疫和炎症反应,参与瘤细胞的恶性转化,肿瘤细胞的生存,微血管的形成和肿瘤的转移过程。β-半乳糖苷结合蛋白在子宫和卵巢组织中的表达在肿瘤形成过程中其表达发生多种变化,其中β-半乳糖苷结合蛋白-1表达增强而β-半乳糖苷结合蛋白-3表达较弱,有助于肿瘤细胞摆脱免疫系统调节。总结各种妇科疾病组织中β-半乳糖苷结合蛋白的表达和调节,分析其与妇科肿瘤的关系和临床应用前景。
Beta-galactoside binding protein is widely found in many biological tissues and belongs to the animal lectin family. It participates in the malignant transformation of tumor cells, the survival of tumor cells, the formation of microvessels and the metastasis of tumor by regulating immune and inflammatory responses. The expression of β-galactoside binding protein in uterus and ovary tissue has many changes during the process of tumorigenesis. The expression of β-galactoside-binding protein-1 is enhanced and the expression of β-galactoside binding protein-3 Weaker, help tumor cells to get rid of immune system regulation. To summarize the expression and regulation of β-galactoside binding protein in various gynecological diseases, and to analyze its relationship with gynecologic oncology and its clinical application prospects.
