本文分析了影响职业院校教师去企业实践进修效果的因素,提出了制定教师实践学习计划,控制实践学习过程并对实践进修结果进行评审等,从而确保实践学习效果的思考。 This paper analyzes the factors that affect the effect of teacher training in vocational schools to the practice of enterprises, and puts forward the thinking of formulating teachers’ practice study plans, controlling the practice learning process and reviewing the results of practice study so as to ensure the effectiveness of practice learning.
