本文对目前体育课分层教学的研究情况进行总结,提出了学生自选项目层次、教师、时间,教师随时评价、及时调整的“三自主+动态”分层教学模式,分析了实行此模式的优越性,并进行了一个学期的轮滑教学实验.实验证明:解决了轮滑教学中学生程度参差不齐与教学要求同步划一的矛盾;对提高的学习兴趣、积极性,提高学生的运动技能水平有积极作用。
