一、前言机械零件的加工质量,机床检测和执行部件的定位可靠性在很大程度上取决于机床滑动部件的运动平稳性。滑动部件的运动不平稳性按其振动形态可分为两类:张驰振动型和简谐振动型,前者见于较低驱动速度,后者见于较高驱动速度。由于低速条件下不稳定的运动一般伴随周期性的停顿,因而被形象地称为粘一滑,俗称其为爬行。
I. INTRODUCTION The machining quality of machine parts and the reliability of machine tool inspection and execution parts positioning depend largely on the smooth motion of the sliding parts of the machine tool. The unsteadiness of the sliding parts can be divided into two types according to the vibration patterns: the relaxation vibration type and the simple harmonic vibration type. The former is found at a lower driving speed and the latter is found at a higher driving speed. Due to the instability of low-speed conditions are generally accompanied by periodic movement of the pause, which is vividly called sticky slippery, commonly known as crawling.
