采用预制裂纹-疲劳试验-金属磁记忆检测-信号比较分析的标定方法,研究了具有不同预制裂纹深度、不同疲劳载荷幅、不同载荷循环周次的高压五装甲钢板裂纹的金属磁记忆检测表征方法。结果表明,漏磁场法向分量的变化率与裂纹深度成正比。载荷幅越大,载荷循环周次越多,漏磁场法向分量的变化率越大,为采用金属磁记忆检测技术大量检测裂纹深度提供了一种标定方法。
Using the method of prefabricated crack-fatigue test-metal magnetic memory test-signal comparison and analysis, the magnetic metal magnetic memory detection and characterization method for cracks of high-pressure five armor steel plates with different prefabricated crack depths, different fatigue load amplitude and different load cycles were studied . The results show that the rate of change of the normal component of the leakage magnetic field is proportional to the depth of the crack. The larger the load amplitude and the more load cycles are, the larger the rate of change of the normal component of the leakage magnetic field provides a calibration method for massively detecting the crack depth using metal magnetic memory testing technology.
