根据直升机旋翼锥体和动平衡维护工作的重要性,分析了锥体和动平衡测量的特点,得出空中旋翼锥体测量是锥体测量的主要难点、空中动平衡测量是动平衡测量的主要难点。对锥体和动平衡测量的微弱信号高精度数据采集技术、动平衡数字信号分析技术、频闪仪测量锥体高精度跟踪测量技术和光学传感器测量锥体数字处理技术等4个关键技术进行了研究,提出了解决方向。并对进一步的研究发展给出了建议。
According to the importance of helicopter rotor cone and dynamic balance maintenance, the characteristics of cone and dynamic balance measurement are analyzed. It is concluded that cone measurement of air rotor is the main difficulty of cone measurement. Aerial dynamic balance measurement is the main part of dynamic balance measurement difficulty. Four key technologies of pyramid and dynamic balance measurement of weak signal high-precision data acquisition technology, dynamic balance digital signal analysis technology, stroboscopic measuring cone high-precision tracking measurement technology and optical sensor measurement cone digital processing technology were studied , Proposed to solve the direction. And gives some suggestions for further research and development.
