目前,跨国公司与我国高校的联合研发是中外科技合作的主体,但跨国公司与我国高校的联合研发还存在三个方面问题,一是联合研发机构的性质不明确,二是合作双方的利益驱动,三是缺少双赢科技文化的营造;文章就此提出若干解决问题的建议:第一,明确联合研发机构的性质;第二,确立分类指导的管理方式;第三,建立定期评估制度;第四,加强联合研发内容的引导性;第五,加强知识产权保护,防止我国自主创新成果外流,同时要加强机密技术保密工作。
At present, the joint R & D of multinational corporations and Chinese universities is the main body of the cooperation between China and foreign countries, but there are still three problems in the joint R & D between multinational corporations and Chinese universities.
