随着经济和社会的迅速发展,90后中职学生面临着社会环境、家庭环境和学校环境日益复杂多样,来自学习、生活、就业、情感等方面的心理压力普遍增大,影响学生心理健康的因素不断增加的境况。许多中职学生觉得就业前景迷茫,由此引发的心理问题也有逐年上升的趋势,给学校的思想政治工作带来挑战。因此,作为一名学生工作者和德育教师,了解新时期学生的心理特点,是开展思想政治教育和学生管理的前提条件。
