为解决应变式切削测力仪的刚度和灵敏度之间的矛盾,提出了“主从弹性元件结构设计方法”,并建立了相应的力学模型。对结构的静、动态力学分析的结果表明,该结构可同时具有高刚度和高灵敏度,同时在合理的结构参数条件下也可获得很高的固有频率。给出了一个设计实例,对该测力仪静、动态特性指标的标定给出了十分满意的结果。
In order to solve the contradiction between the rigidity and sensitivity of the strain gauge dynamometer, the design method of the principal and subordinate elastic element structure was put forward and the corresponding mechanical model was established. The results of static and dynamic mechanical analysis of the structure show that the structure can have both high rigidity and high sensitivity, and meanwhile high natural frequency can be obtained under reasonable structural parameters. A design example is given, which gives very satisfactory results for the calibration of static and dynamic index of dynamometer.
