本文试图通过简要分析当前我国的对外贸易情况以及产业结构的发展现状,重点研究比较我国在对外贸易领域健康发展过程中,仍然存在一系列的亟待解决的问题和差距,进一步充分论证出当前我国产业转型升级和结构调整已经处于刻不容缓的地步,建议我国对外贸易对于产业结构调整发挥更加积极的作用,努力解决我国在对外贸易发展领域和产业结构调整方面存在的困难和危机,进一步研究提出一系列对外贸易和产业结构调整的政策措施。
