发展中国家林业发展战略已经转移到重视乡村林业上来,我国已经自发地开展了乡村林业的实践。本文在分析世界及我国乡村林业实践的基础上。探讨了适合我国国情、林情的乡村林业概念和基本原理,指出集体林区发展乡村林业,林业生产由单纯技术生产转变为人文、社会、技术相结合的生产及把林业纳入到整个乡村综合发展规划中去的必然趋势。
