研究四种缓释抑菌保鲜膜迷迭香、肉桂油、茶多酚、香兰素的基本特性包括质量变化、释放率、水蒸汽透过性、抑菌活性,以获取其较优的使用环境及参数。结果发现,其抑菌效果由强到弱的顺序为迷迭香-LDPE抑菌膜>肉桂油-LDPE抑菌膜>香兰素-LDPE抑菌膜>茶多酚-LDPE抑菌膜,整体抑菌效果显著;其质量的变化幅度90天内约为0.9%左右,质量变化不大;而不同缓释膜释放速率显示,抑菌物质浓度影响较大,90天内每日释放率约为0.8-1.7%;不同缓释膜水蒸气通过率显示,水蒸汽透过率约为0.07-0.4g/m2d,整体而言防水性良好。
