十年来,仙桃市沔城回族镇教育声誉鹊起,硕果累累,成绩斐然。沔城回民中学连续五年获初中教育管理最高荣誉“金鹰奖”;沔城回民小学连续四年获小学教育管理最高荣誉“金苗奖”;沔城教育组连续六年获中小学管理先进单位,其中95年获全市第一;历年荣膺中小学艺术节组织奖,并率先跨入创建基础教育先进乡镇的行列。这一顶顶桂冠,矗立起沔城教育一座座奋斗的里程碑,烙刻着沔城教育洒满汗水的足迹。1 起步的路,几多艰辛,几多坎坷。沔城回族镇成立之初,面临诸多困难,工作举步维艰。刚走马上任的沔城教育组组长程义才,满怀振兴民族教育的雄心壮志,他二话没说就带领全组人员深入调查,仔细分析,诊断病因,找出了最为突出的两个问题:一是教育体系混乱,影响教育质量;二是教室破陋不堪,危房令人担优。
