对锻造及轧后的Gr.38钛合金棒材取样进行不同工艺的退火处理,对退火后的组织、力学性能和断口形貌进行测试与分析。结果表明,在930~950℃保温1 h后空冷(或水冷),Gr.38合金能获得较高的强度和塑性,综合力学性能良好。830℃保温1 h空冷,Gr.38合金的屈服强度低,有利于材料的后续加工。 The samples of forged and rolled Gr.38 titanium alloy bars were annealed by different processes and the microstructure, mechanical properties and fracture morphology after annealing were tested and analyzed. The results show that the Gr35 alloy can obtain high strength and ductility after air cooling (or water cooling) at 930 ~ 950 ℃ for 1 h, and has good mechanical properties. 830 ℃ insulation 1 h air cooling, Gr.38 alloy yield strength is low, is conducive to the subsequent processing of materials.
