我刚走上教师工作岗位时,学校就让我当班主任。我受宠若惊,也是信心十足。我以为,凭着自己这么多年学到的知识,凭着自己对教师职业的一腔热情,我一定不会辜负学校领导对我的信任!我暗下决心,一定要拿到每学年评选一次的校文明班的荣誉称号! 怎样做个好班主任?怎样管理好班级?当时我的想法很简单,就一个字:严。我坚信严师出高徒。古语有云:“不以恶小而为之,不以善小而不为。”学生如果犯了错误,哪怕是极小的错误,我都将严惩不贷,一定要批评得让他怕,让他下次不敢再犯,防微杜渐嘛。
