观察来非司酮与利凡诺进行中期引产的效果：米非司酮配伍米索前列醇（简称双米组）68例和利凡诺组60例，按14～20周及21～27周进行比较。结果双米组末次阴道给药后迅速出现宫缩，平均产程短，引产成功率98．53％。完全成功率随孕周增加而提高，孕20周后完全成功率71．05％，明显高于20周以下和利凡诺组。双米组残留率低，副作用少。双米用于中期妊娠引产，方法简单，安全有效。
