涉案机动车辆价格鉴定在各地价格事务所鉴证工作中，占有较大的比例。由于涉案机动车辆价格鉴证的具体情况较复杂，估价技术规程不统一，在具体操作中常常遇到一些困难。笔者拟结合在实际工作中的经验以及外地的做法，对机动车辆价格鉴定提出如下建议，供省价格评估咨询协会参?
