本文研究优降糖治疗30例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)病人的血糖、血浆胰岛素浓度、红细胞胰岛素受体结合位点数目和红细胞膜流动性的变化,发现NIDDM病人经优降糖治疗15天后,血浆胰岛素浓度增加,但与血糖下降的幅度不一致,红细胞胰岛素受体结合位点数目较前增加,红细胞膜流动性也显著升高。提示优降糖不仅刺激胰岛β细胞释放胰岛索,而且还通过增加靶细胞胰岛素受体结合位点和影响受体后过程的机制来发挥降血糖作用。
In this paper, 30 cases of non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) patients with glycemia, plasma insulin concentration, erythrocyte insulin receptor binding sites and erythrocyte membrane fluidity changes in patients with glyburide treatment found NIDDM patients treated with glyburide after 15 days , Plasma insulin concentration increased, but not consistent with the decline in blood glucose, erythrocyte insulin receptor binding site number increased earlier, the membrane fluidity of red blood cells also significantly increased. The results suggest that hypoglycemic not only stimulates the islet β cells to release islet but also exerts the hypoglycemic effect by increasing insulin receptor binding sites in target cells and the mechanisms that influence the post-receptor process.
