本文经过适当的近似处理,对毛细管区带电泳中各种影响区带展宽的因素进行了定量分析,得到一个计算CZE区带宽度的数学表达式。理论计算与实验值对比,均方差σ的平均相对偏差在10%左右。以此为基础,得到了柱效(板高)的数学表达式,讨论了操作条件与柱效的关系。结合区带电泳中预测多肽保留值的方法,用计算机对多肽的CZE分析进行了全过程模拟。
In this paper, after appropriate approximation, the various factors affecting the zone broadening in capillary zone electrophoresis are quantitatively analyzed, and a mathematical expression for calculating the CZE zone width is obtained. The theoretical calculation and experimental values, the average relative deviation of the mean square deviation of about 10%. Based on this, the mathematical expression of column efficiency (plate height) was obtained, and the relationship between operating conditions and column efficiency was discussed. Combined with the method of predicting the retention of polypeptide in zonal electrophoresis, a full computer simulation of CZE analysis of peptides was carried out by computer.
