柳随年部长在全国物资财务工作会议上强调了财务管理在企业中的重要地位与作用。他指出:“财务管理是企业管理的灵魂和核心,各级领导不仅要学会经营.还要懂得财务”。本刊了为帮助物资再生企业广大经营管理人员掌握如何加强企业财务管理、提高经济效益等基本知识,从这一期开设《财会知识讲座》,由本刊编委、会计师简敏撰写《物资再生企业财务管理概论》,陆续刊登,以飨读者。
Minister Liu Suinian emphasized the importance and role of financial management in the enterprise at the national material finance work conference. He pointed out: “Financial management is the soul and core of business management. Leaders at all levels must not only learn to operate but must also understand finance.” In order to help general managers of material recycling enterprises to grasp basic knowledge such as how to strengthen corporate financial management and improve economic efficiency, the magazine opened the “Seminar on Finance and Accounting Knowledge” from this issue. The editorial board of the journal and accountant Jian Min wrote “Material Reproduction.” “Introduction to corporate financial management,” has been published in succession to readers.
