一种陶瓷—金属结构射频激励ＣＯ２激光器，采用反相激励在３００ｍｍ长的样管上获得了１２．５瓦的输出功率，采用同相激励获得了单环形的激光横模。
A ceramic-metal structure RF-excited CO2 laser, with output of 12.5W on a 300mm long sample tube, was obtained by using inverse phase excitation. A single-ring laser transverse mode was obtained by using the same-phase excitation.
