最近,英国科学家安德烈·盖姆与康斯坦丁·诺沃肖洛夫凭着在二维空间材料石墨烯的突破性实验,获得了2010年度诺贝尔物理学奖。说起石墨烯的发现,与我们某博士生还颇有渊源呢。前些年,盖姆的实验室来了一位中国的博士生。他买了一块高定向裂解石墨,请这位博士生制成薄膜,要求尽可能地薄。
Recently, British scientists Andrzej Gem and Konstantin Novoselov won the 2010 Nobel Prize in Physics for their groundbreaking experiments on graphene in two-dimensional space. Speaking of the discovery of graphene, and some of our doctoral students still quite a source of it. In previous years, Giems lab came to a Chinese PhD student. He bought a piece of highly oriented pyrolytic graphite and asked the PhD student to make the film as thin as possible.
