乌东德水电站是金沙江下游河段规划四个梯级电站的第一级,是“西电东送”的骨干电源点之一。中国长江三峡集团公司于2011年1月成立乌东德工程建设筹备组(以下简称筹备组),负责乌东德水电站的筹建工作。筹备组成立后先后颁发了多项合同管理性文件和制度,为今后工程实施过程中规范、有序、透明、高效的合同管理提供了可靠的保证。
The Wudongde Hydropower Station is the first level of four cascade hydropower stations planned for the lower reaches of the Jinsha River, and is one of the key power points for the “West-East Power Transmission”. China Three Gorges Corporation set up the Wudongde Construction Preparatory Group (hereinafter referred to as the preparatory team) in January 2011 and is responsible for the preparation for the Wudongde hydropower project. After the establishment of the preparatory team, a number of contract management documents and systems were successively issued, which provided a reliable guarantee for the standardized, orderly, transparent and efficient contract management in the future project implementation.
