本文分析了我国食糖生产要实现可持续发展必须解决的关键问题。认为今后要实现糖业的可持续发展,必须认清糖业发展深层次的土地问题。通过土地流转实现糖料生产集约化规模化经营,兴修水利和实现糖料生产机械化,降低糖料生产的劳动强度,提高单产,增加农民收入,才能实现糖料生产的可持续发展。只有实现糖料生产的可持续发展,才有糖业的可持续发展。 This article analyzes the key issues that must be solved in China’s sugar production to achieve sustainable development. In the future, to realize the sustainable development of the sugar industry, we must recognize the land issue in the deep development of the sugar industry.
