随着社会经济的不断发展,市场竞争也越来越激烈,工程所涉及到的环节也越来越繁多,而每个环节中又都存在成本的核算问题。因此,在工程项目管理过程当中,必须对整个工程施工过程进行严格的经济管控,只有这样才能有效降低财务管理的风险。本文首先分析了目前工程经济管理中存在的风险问题,然后提出了工程经济管理风险的一系列防范措施,希望能够为工程的经济管理工作带来些许的帮助。
With the continuous development of social economy, the market competition is more and more fierce. There are more and more links involved in the project, and there are cost accounting problems in every link. Therefore, in the project management process, the entire project construction process must be strictly controlled by the economy, the only way to effectively reduce the risk of financial management. This paper first analyzes the existing risk problems in the engineering economic management, and then puts forward a series of preventive measures to manage the risks of the engineering economics. It hopes to bring a little help for the economic management of the project.
