现阶段,随着电力市场的不断发展,电力企业在面临着更多发展机遇的同时,也承受着更大的压力。为了保证电力企业在电力市场中的竞争力,大部分的企业管理者都会选用薪酬激励机制的管理方法对人力资源实行管理,希望提高企业的运营效率,但是目前人力资源薪酬激励机制仍然有许多不完善的地方。本文主要分析了电力企业人力资源薪酬激励存在的问题,进而论述了薪酬激励问题的解决措施,以促进电力企业的发展。
