目的建立工作场所空气中二丙二醇甲醚的采样和气相色谱测定方法。方法用活性炭管采集,85+15二氯甲烷-甲醇(v/v)解吸,经HP FFAP毛细管柱分离,火焰离子化检测器(FID)测定,外标法定量。结果在20~500μg/ml范围内线性好,回归方程A=56.70C-0.166,相关系数r=0.999 2。一缩二乙二醇,一缩二丙二醇,二乙二醇甲醚,二乙二醇二甲醚,二乙二醇二乙醚等共存时不干扰测定。结论本法满足《工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研制规范》的要求,可用于工作场所空气中二丙二醇甲醚的测定。
Objective To establish a sampling and gas chromatographic method for the determination of dipropylene glycol methyl ether in workplace air. Methods The samples were collected with activated charcoal tube and desorbed with 85 + 15 dichloromethane / methanol (v / v), separated by HP FFAP capillary column, detected by flame ionization detector (FID) and quantified by external standard method. The results showed good linearity in the range of 20 ~ 500μg / ml, the regression equation A = 56.70C-0.166, the correlation coefficient r = 0.999 2. Dipropylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, diethylene glycol methyl ether, diethylene glycol dimethyl ether, diethylene glycol diethyl ether and the like do not interfere with the measurement. Conclusion This law meets the requirements of “the norms for the development of testing methods of airborne toxicants in the workplace” and can be used for the determination of dipropylene glycol methyl ether in the workplace air.
