在新课程教育改革实行体育“同课异构”教研活动的同时,研究一些新课程下实现体育教师专业成长的方法,并对此进行了一些思考,以期让所有一线体育教师共同成长。
At the same time of carrying out teaching and research activities of sports “heterogeneous” in the new curriculum reform, this paper studies some ways to realize the professional growth of physical education teachers under some new curriculums and makes some reflections on it in order to let all front-line physical education teachers grow together.
