对NiCrMo钢“白点”或者显微“气孔”断口的微观特征进行了观察。除了常见的准解理、浮云状等特征外,还看到了很多平行分布的管道和扁平缝隙等显微“气孔”特征及氢迹象花样。探讨了这些微观特征和脆性断裂的形成原因。
The microscopic features of NiCrMo steel “white spots” or microscopic “stomatal” fracture were observed. In addition to the common quasi-cleavage, cloud-like features, but also saw a lot of parallel distribution of pipes and flat cracks and other microscopic “stomatal” features and hydrogen signs patterns. The formation of these microscopic features and brittle fracture are discussed.
