杭州钱江新城22#地块项目位于杭州市钱江新城及江干区,基地西北边是规划的绿地,东北临车站南路,东南为凤起路,拥有优越的地理位置及良好的自然生态环境。杭州市钱江新城22#地块小区是由杭州市房地产开发集团有限公司开发的以住宅为主的高档居住社区,注重绿色建筑技术的运用,铸造杭房地产的新品质。工程由六栋30层塔式住宅和业主服务中心组成。本文对杭州东方御府绿色二星级设计进行总结。
