以热塑性聚烯烃弹性体(TPE)和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)为基体树脂,硫酸钡(BaSO4)、气相白炭黑(气相Si O2)和羟基磷灰石(HA)为无机填料,制备了新型树脂根管充填材料(NRCFM),着重对NRCFM的组成进行了筛选与优化,并对NRCFM在pH值为7.0和9.5的人工唾液介质中的稳定性进行了研究。实验结果表明,NRCFM的最佳组成为:TPE 30 g、EVA 5 g、BaSO44 5 g、气相SiO2 10 g、HA10 g,由此制备的NRCFM具有适宜的力学性能和优异的耐介质稳定性,其邵氏A硬度88.9、拉伸强度1.99 MPa、断裂伸长率457%,在pH值为7.0和9.5的人工唾液介质中浸泡30天后的质量变化小于0.5%。
Using barium sulfate (BaSO4), fumed silica (gas phase Si O2) and hydroxyapatite (HA) as the inorganic filler, the thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer (TPE) and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) , A novel resin root canal filling material (NRCFM) was prepared. The composition of NRCFM was screened and optimized. The stability of NRCFM in artificial saliva media with pH 7.0 and 9.5 was studied. The experimental results show that the optimum composition of NRCFM is as follows: TPE 30 g, EVA 5 g, BaSO44 5 g, SiO 2 10 g, HA 10 g. The prepared NRCFM has suitable mechanical properties and excellent dielectric stability. Shore A hardness of 88.9, tensile strength of 1.99 MPa, elongation at break of 457%, mass change of less than 0.5% after soaking in artificial saliva media at pH 7.0 and 9.5 for 30 days.
