江西省住房城乡建设厅日前公布《江西省城市规划管理技术导则(意见稿)》(以下简称《意见稿》),向社会征求意见。改《意见稿》中规定,居住用地的绿地率,新区建设不应小于30%,旧区改造不宜小于25%。新建医院(含各类专科医院)及教育科研、体育、文化类建设项目用地的绿地率不应小于30%;休(疗)养院、老年人居住建筑等建设用地的绿地率不应小于35%。《意见稿》还规定,公共广场用地内集中成片
Jiangxi Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development recently released the “Guidelines for Urban Planning Management in Jiangxi Province (Opinion)” (hereinafter referred to as “Opinions”) to solicit opinions from the community.
