西南獐牙菜(Swertia cincta Burkill.)为龙胆科獐牙菜属植物,我省分布广泛,资源较丰富,民间用治肝炎。其同科同属植物青叶胆(Swertia yunnanensis Burk)及川西獐牙菜(Swertia mussotii Franch)国内已有研究,前者对实验性肝炎,后者对低张性低氧肝损伤均有保护及防治作用。这两种植物的有效成分主要为齐墩果酸(Oleanolic acid)、芒果甙(mangiferin)及(口山)酮(Xanthone)。齐墩果酸有降低转氨酶的作用。目前国内已生产并用于临床。西南獐牙菜经我院植化组研究、证明含齐墩果酸及(口山)酮,但其药理研究尚未见报道。本研究拟初步观察其对动物实验性
Swertia cincta Burkill is a genus of Swertia genus. It is widely distributed in our province and has rich resources. It is used to cure hepatitis. It has been studied in the same family of plants Swertia yunnanensis Burk and Swertia mussotii Franch. The former has experimental hepatitis and the latter has protective and preventive effects on hypotonic hypoxic liver injury. . The main active ingredients of these two plants are oleanolic acid, mangiferin, and Xanthone. Oleanolic acid reduces the role of transaminases. At present, it has been produced and used in clinical practice in China. Southwestern Swertiae has been studied in our hospital’s Phytochemical Group and has been shown to contain oleanolic acid and (keshan) ketones, but its pharmacological studies have not been reported. This study intends to initially observe its experimental effects on animals.
