Objective To observe the effect of hyaluronic acid in preventing post-cesarean section adhesion and improving quality of life. Methods 60 pregnant women who underwent routine intervention from December 2011 to October 2012 were selected as the control group. 60 pregnant women treated with hyaluronic acid during the same period were selected as the observation group, and then two groups Postoperative uterine adhesions and pelvic adhesions incidence were compared, and the two groups of preoperative and postoperative pelvic VRS pain scores at different periods, the WHO quality of life survey summary comparison results. Results The incidence of intrauterine adhesions and pelvic adhesions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. However, pelvic VRS pain scores at different time points after operation and the results of short form assessment of WHO quality of life survey were also higher than those in the control group (all P <0.05) The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of hyaluronic acid in preventing adhesions after cesarean section and improving the quality of life is relatively high, which is of high value in cesarean section.
