对３０例（３０眼）增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变，行睫状体平坦部闭合式玻璃体手术。术前及术后１、２月观察角膜内皮细胞的变异系数（ＣＶ）、密度、六角形细胞出现率。结果术前术后无显著性差异，说明未切除晶体及术后眼压正常情况下，闭合式玻璃体手术对角膜内皮无影响。
Thirty (30 eyes) proliferative diabetic retinopathy were performed with pars plana vitrectomy. Corneal endothelial cell coefficient of variation (CV), density, and incidence of hexagonal cells were observed before and after operation for 1 and 2 months. Results There was no significant difference before and after operation, indicating that closed vitreous surgery had no effect on the corneal endothelium under the normal conditions of uncut and postoperative IOP.
