国家安全生产应急救援指挥中心(以下简称“应急指挥中心”)于2006年2月21日正式挂牌成立,根据国家安全生产监管总局党组的工作部署,应急指挥中心确立了“预防与应急并重、常态与非常态结合”和“平日搞防范、险时搞救援”的工作方针。
The State Emergency Management Command Center for Emergency Response (hereinafter referred to as “Emergency Command Center”) was formally established on February 21, 2006.
